Vandelanotte announces the acquisition of Ballistix.digital. The digital agency specialises in building and connecting applications that automate and digitise the internal processes of their clients.

During the Business Cup by Vandelanotte, up to 280 companies will compete for the ultimate victory in a two-day padel tournament. The tournament is part of a new structural collaboration between padel company Arenal and accountancy firm Vandelanotte.

aiGUST, the fintech company of BDO, Van Havermaet and Vandelanotte that formulates financial advice, trends and benchmarks using AI, is gaining three new shareholders: Baker Tilly, Certifisc and RSM. In August 2024, aiGUST will be launched to create value for all parties through data sharing.

Vandelanotte has boosted its expertise in HR and payroll with its acquisition of Leuven-based Lindra. With a team of payroll, social and legal experts, Lindra has a lot to offer. What's more, the acquisition has also enabled Vandelanotte to gain a foothold in Leuven.

The Vandelanotte group is expanding again: at the end of January it entered into a co-operation agreement with Adrie Accountants in Arendonk. The agreement strengthens Vandelanotte’s position in De Kempen and is yet another step in the firm’s steady growth.

Vandelanotte continues to work on its growth. After the news about its merger with audit firm Callens, Pirenne, Theunissen & Co in early July, it is now also joining forces with Comptact, an accountancy firm in Wallonia. The office in Lasne will bring the number of Vandelanotte branches up to fifteen altogether.

Accountancy and audit firms Vandelanotte and Callens, Pirenne, Theunissen & Co, the two oldest independent family businesses in the sector, are merging and strenghtening their position on the accountancy and audit market.

Accountancy and audit firm Vandelanotte has joined forces with Brecht-based accountants A&B-Kantoor. The partnership will enable Vandelanotte to continue building on its growth story and expand its activities to De Kempen. The Brecht office will be Vandelanotte’s tenth branch. Nine of the branches are in Belgium.
