PRESS RELEASE | Vandelanotte joins forces with accountancy and advisory firm Crowe Spark
Vandelanotte, Belgium’s largest independent accountancy, audit and advisory firm, is joining forces with Crowe Spark, an accountancy and consulting firm with approximately 70 employees and offices in Antwerp, Brussels, Mechelen and Bornem. This partnership strengthens Vandelanotte’s regional presence. “Local proximity and multidisciplinary services are what set us apart. Welcoming Crowe Spark into our group was a deliberate choice. We seek partners who align with our culture and values. There is deep mutual trust, and we look forward to exchanging ideas,” says CEO Nikolas Vandelanotte.
Complementary strengths as a driving force
By joining Vandelanotte, Crowe Spark complements and strengthens both firms’ offerings and expertise. The two firms are already familiar with each other through their shared membership in the Crowe Global network — a worldwide association of independent accountancy, tax, consultancy, and risk management firms. As such, this collaboration is built on a solid foundation of international quality and shared standards.

Rapid growth in just five years
The integration of Crowe Spark is part of Vandelanotte’s strategy of partnering with firms that are a strong cultural fit. Growth has been a conscious and defining element of the firm’s strategy. Over the past five years, Vandelanotte has seen rapid expansion, with revenue growing by 125%, from €35 million in 2019 to €79 million in 2024. The firm now employs around 717 colleagues, which represents a doubling of headcount since 2019.

This partnership with Crowe Spark is also part of Vandelanotte’s regional anchoring strategy, following recent acquisitions in Turnhout and Ghent at the end of last year.
