Tax audit on insurance transactions
International companies that have an establishment in Belgium are currently being contacted by the service Various Taxes with the announcement of an audit.
The service checks whether the insurance tax is paid on the policies sold by foreign insurers. The coverage of Belgian risks is the reason for the charge of this tax.
