To cope with the challenges that the accountancy world faces today, an internal change process has been started up. In this context, a division into commercial and technical staff was decided on. In addition, work is being done on further digitisation and improvement of internal process management. In order to fully involve employees in this process, a training programme was organised for Vandelanotte employees. The focus is on improving social skills on the one hand and a more efficient internal operation on the other. Vandelanotte received support from the European Social Fund (ESF) for this in the context of the 'Training in Business' appeal. This project was named More2People.
The main objective of this project is to organise Vandelanotte's HR policy so that we do not just support our people, but also guide them in their development. For example, we focus on clear onboarding and a long and intensive follow-up, with an eye to customised training and personal development. Furthermore, if we want to keep our employees involved and ensure that their knowledge is up-to-date, it is important to deploy their skills optimally. We are also aware of the need for a good work-life balance so that people can work and be rewarded in a way that fits their own lives.
