Introduce brings many years of experience in recruitment, selection, assessment and talent development. Through this partnership, clients can now rely on one integrated HR partner offering support ranging from hiring to retention, and from training to development and interim management.

Evolution within the Part of model

The addition of Introduce follows earlier collaborations within the Part of Vandelanotte network. A&B Kantoor (Brecht) and Adrie Accountants (Arendonk) joined the network several years ago and have been fully integrated within the group since 1 October 2025. This illustrates how the Part of model functions as a growth trajectory: a tailor-made collaboration with the possibility of gradual and sustainable integration.

With Introduce, for the first time an organization outside the accountancy and consultancy world is joining the network. This marks an important expansion of the Part of model into new, complementary domains. The network thus continues to evolve into a multidisciplinary ecosystem that supports businesses in every aspect of their operations, from figures and strategy to people and organization.
