Marie De Tollenaere is a Legal Advisor M&A at Vandelanotte, where she advises companies on legal matters relating to acquisitions, investments and restructurings. Her role includes conducting legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing LOIs, NDAs, shareholders’ agreements and acquisition agreements, as well as identifying legal risks in transactions.

Through her articles, she shares insights and provides an overview of new legislation that may be relevant to the M&A sector.
