PRESS RELEASE | Vandelanotte opens a tenth branch – now active in De Kempen

Accountancy and audit firm Vandelanotte has joined forces with Brecht-based accountants A&B-Kantoor. The partnership will enable Vandelanotte to continue building on its growth story and expand its activities to De Kempen. The Brecht office will be Vandelanotte’s tenth branch. Nine of the branches are in Belgium.

“I am very proud to announce today the partnership with Frank Wielandts’ firm,” says Nikolas Vandelanotte, CEO and third generation of the Vandelanotte enterprise. “The expansion into De Kempen will certainly open up access to an interesting economic region, but beyond that, it will also be an opportunity for us to meet a large group of potential new employees who would perhaps not be keen to move to Antwerp city. The step is also a special move on a personal level for me, since half my roots – from my mother’s side – are in De Kempen.”

A&B-Kantoor employs fifteen members of staff under manager Frank Wielandts. “I will be here running things for at least the next four years, and helping steer the gradual integration process into the Vandelanotte group,” says Wielandts. “Our partnership with Vandelanotte will enable us to offer a broader range of services to our clients and help us to continue expanding our company. Vandelanotte’s strong focus on digitalisation will also bring benefits.”

Vandelanotte currently has over 400 employees working daily to provide consultancy services to around 6000 clients in the areas of accounting, tax, economic, legal and social security issues.
