  • +The applicant is a sole trader or SME- The applicant has registered offices in the Brussels Capital Region and conducts economic activities there- The applicant is active in one of several well-defined sectors
  • +Over the course of three financial years, the applicant did not receive ‘de minimis’ support exceeding EUR 200,000
  • +The expenses relate to preparations for or participation in a trade fair or commercial prospecting abroad
  • +The expenses were incurred prior to 19 March 2020
