The 17th of March, the government announced additional measures in the fight against coronavirus. In the interests of both our staff and clients, we have also recently taken the necessary precautions and we are strictly adhering to the government's recommendations.
A number of years ago, as an organisation we embraced digitisation. As a result of that, today, a large number of our staff are able to continue their work from their homes, without you even noticing. That is because, as a digital organisation, remotely, we are able to provide you with the same service and quality that you are already accustomed to. For us as a company, it is therefore extremely important that we can continue to support you during this exceptional period.
Our digital platforms will remain available 24/7
At myVandelanotte (and through the myVandelanotte app), you can monitor your figures every day, retrieve interim reports, approve payments and invoices, and upload documents. That is because our team of specialists is able to support you remotely in making the important choices that you, as a business, have to make. And all of the foregoing takes place in the cloud.
Even in these times, you are still able to contact us
Contact us by telephone, Skype or through the platform that you personally prefer to use. Whichever digital platform you choose, our staff will adapt to your requirements and wishes. If you have any questions in relation to coronavirus, you can also contact us at corona@vdl.be. Physical meetings at offices can still take place, but the hygiene rules must be taken into account. We recommend that you first talk to your account manager.
Documents can be signed online
Do you have important documents that must be signed urgently? Our e-signing tools enable documents to be signed quickly and safely, using Itsme or through your e-ID. This means you do not have to make any unnecessary journeys. If you have never signed documents electronically, this manual will take you through the process.
