Employed in Belgium but tax resident in another country? Register first!

If you are employed or have other taxable income in Belgium, but you do not reside there permanently, you have to file a non-residents tax return. If you file this tax return for the first time, you have to register online first with the Federal Public Service Finance via the following link: http://ccff02.minfin.fgov.be/webForm/public/inrBni.jsf.

After registration, you will receive your tax return form in the course of October. If you have not received it, you should contact the competent tax office as soon as possible.

If you wish to receive more information on international employment and its concrete fiscal and social consequences, on how to file a tax return, or specific advice, do not hesitate to contact one of our specialists.
