As Account Manager at Callens Vandelanotte, Ken Snoeks manages a diverse client portfolio consisting of institutions under prudential supervision, family businesses, international clientele and public institutions. Ken is an auditor with a focus on providing full professional financial services to his national and international clients. He is fully dedicated to delivering added value and long-term commitment in a wide range of financial services throughout the entire life cycle of his clients.
In 2000, Ken obtained his licentiate degree in Applied Economic Sciences from the University Faculties of Saint-Ignatius Antwerp (UFSIA). He also holds a Master’s in Finance & Taxation (2001, UFSIA) and obtained the degree of Master in Belgian Tax Law (2002, University of Antwerp) within the Faculty of Law.
In 2002, Ken began his career at Callens, Pirenne, Theunissen & Co, where he built up a client portfolio in various sectors and advanced to partner. Due to the integration of Callens, Pirenne, Theunissen & Co into the Vandelanotte family group, Ken became a partner within this group.
Ken has been an auditor since 2007. Seven years later, he was recognised as an auditor by the National Bank of Belgium and the FSMA for the audits of financial companies, pension funds and collective investment undertakings.
In addition to his thorough knowledge and expertise in financial audit, Ken's accumulated experience also includes a specialisation in the financial sector, in which Ken offers his experience to a number of institutions - for example as an externally appointed internal auditor. Ken is also well-versed in financial due diligence, both in a national and international context. In his role as an auditor, he has also gained experience with all legal assignments entrusted to auditors.
Ken has been a member of the Belgian Institute of Registered Auditors (IBR - IRE) since 2007. In 2014, he also became a member of the Belgian Institute of Auditors Accredited for Financial Institutions (IREFI - IRAIF).
