Filip Remmery

Profile

Filip Remmery is an Audit Business Line Director at Vandelanotte. He and his team support businesses, non-profit organisations and international medium-sized organisations with a comprehensive professional services package. In addition to performing assurance and audit activities, Filip also assists clients with business consultancy services.

Education

Filip graduated from EHSAL (the European University College Brussels) with a Masters in Commercial Sciences.

Experience

Filip began his career as a Financial Controller at the Belgian subsidiary of a Swedish group. In 2003 he made the switch to Vandelanotte, where he joined the audit department. Filip attained accredited Company Auditor status (IBR) in 2013. He continued his career in audit, progressing to the position of Audit Business Line Director in October 2018.

During his career, Filip has accrued considerable experience within audit, including in the field of family enterprises, consolidations and group reporting, due diligence and managing businesses in difficulty. He also boasts significant expertise in attestations for various European subsidies and Single Audit reporting.
