As previously mentioned, on 6 September 2016 the Belgian Official Gazette published the Royal Decree of 30 August 2016, establishing the model tax form for the taxation of non-residents (natural persons) for the 2016 tax year (income year 2015).

Because there were administrative delays in sending out paper returns, the Belgian Tax Office has extended the deadline for filing paper returns. The original filing deadline of 30 November 2016 has now been extended. For taxpayers who file paper tax returns, the deadline is now 7 December 2016. However, for taxpayers who file their tax returns via Tax-on-Web, the deadline has not been extended; the deadline is still the original deadline of 14 December 2016.

Vandelanotte can of course always provide advice or complete the necessary formalities for you when you file your tax return.
