Non-resident income tax return (natural persons) for tax year 2016 has been published
In the Belgian Official Gazette of September 6th 2016, the model tax return for tax year 2016 (income year 2015) for non-residents (natural persons) has been published (Royal Decree of August 30th 2016).

Non-residents who have received any taxable income in Belgium during 2015, are obliged to file a non-resident income tax return. Before non-residents can request a tax form, they should register with the competent tax department in Brussels.

The tax return can be filed electronically via 'Tax-on-Web' an has to be filed by December 14th 2016. Tax-on-web will be available from September 13th 2016 for non-residents. A tax return on paper has to be filed by November 30th 2016. The administration will send the paper forms in the course of the month October.
