Profile
In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Jan is responsible for internal organisation within Vandelanotte. His focus there is on the fostering of a motivational personnel policy and an efficient organisation tying in closely with the strategic and policy lines established by the Partners. Jan sits on the Executive Committee.

Education
Jan holds a Masters diploma in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from the Catholic University at Leuven. He subsequently attained a postgraduate diploma in Corporate Policy from the Vlekho, and later followed an extended course in Risk Management with Amelior.

Experience
Having acquired many years of experience in the world of banking and insurance, Jan started his career with Vandelanotte as a Risk Manager. From 2005 onwards he took responsibility for the Risk Management, Talent Management and E.B. departments. Since 2008 he has filled the post of C.O.O.

Teaching and Publications
Having previously delivered a range of lectures on Risk Management, Jan's current focus is on internal lecturing and the coaching of colleagues.
