Nikolas Vandelanotte works as a Company Auditor.

Education
Nikolas achieved his Masters in Law at the Katholieke Universiteit at Leuven, moving on to take a Masters in European Business Law at the Katholieke Universiteit Nijmegen.

Experience
After a short period with the New Issues department at the Kredietbank, Nikolas started his career with Vandelanotte. As a Company Lawyer and later as a Company Auditor from 2006 onwards, he has developed a wealth of experience with family businesses, specialising in problems associated with family succession and advice during company handovers.

Teaching and Publications
Nikolas is currently Editor in Chief of Infoactive, Vandelanotte's newsletter, and has several publications to his name in the fields of tax law and company law. As a mentor in the PLATO project he has delivered lectures on familial succession, as well as readings on the theme "assessing the value of businesses".

Memberships
Nikolas is a member of the Management Board of the Leading Edge Alliance Europe.
