Profile
Kristof De Boever holds the post of Business Developer. His responsibilities include Marketing, Communications and Business Development.

Education
Kristof took a Masters in Commercial Sciences at the Economische Hogeschool Sint-Aloysius (Ehsal) in Brussels, majoring in Taxation.

Experience
On completion of his studies, Kristof started his career as an accountant with Deloitte. In 1995 he won the Fiskofoon Student Prize with a paper on Moratorium Interest. This led to a number of attractive offers of work. He eventually chose to join Van Heuverswyn & Partners. He worked there for four years on an independent basis as a tax advisor. In 1998 he decided to set up an office with Wim Dewulf, trading as De Boever & Dewulf. In 2005 they entered into a joint venture with Vandelanotte. Kristof has been a partner in Vandelanotte since 2008, and is responsible for Business Development.

Teaching and Publications
In past years Kristof concentrated primarily on lecturing on professional topics. In recent times there has been a change of emphasis and he now offers more general talks dealing with Business Development, for audiences including Voka, business associations and banks. Over the last nine years he has developed a relationship with the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School, giving lectures for the Tax Management module in the short KMO Challenge course.

Memberships
Kristof is the European Chair of the Leading Edge Alliance, in the Marketing and Business Development department. He also maintains an active collaboration with the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School and is also a member of the Advisory Committee for Stichting Pelicano.
